Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) have emerged as prominent methodologies within
the DevOps framework, emphasizing continuous testing, collaboration, and efficiency in software delivery. This research
explores the correlation between lead time reduction and Return on Investment (ROI) with TDD and BDD practices, focusing
on how these testing methodologies impact software quality, speed of deployment, and financial outcomes in DevOps-driven
organizations. Through a combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative insights, this study assesses how TDD and BDD
contribute to streamlining development cycles and enhancing profitability. Results indicate that incorporating TDD and BDD
in DevOps not only reduces lead time but also drives sustainable ROI by enhancing collaboration, reducing rework, and improving
code quality.
