Abstract

There are a lot of practical uses for the intelligent chatbot, particularly in enhancing online education. To aid students in searching
course material for understanding, an educational chatbot needs a comprehensive knowledge base. The Integ-Rela model
is proposed in this study as a means of integrating several disciplines of knowledge. A knowledge model of relations called an
ontology Real-model organizes each knowledge area. An intelligent chatbot that can retrieve information from many domains
is managed using the Integ-Rela concept. Furthermore, retrieval concerns across many areas of knowledge have been investigated
and resolved, while searching problems inside a field have also been explored and resolved. An intelligent chatbot is built
using the suggested approach to search programming information in two university courses: Object-oriented Programming and
Introduction to Programming. By equipping pupils with the necessary understanding of both methodologies, it may serve as a
tutor. It has the ability to be used in practice, according to the experimental findings.
