- Letters to the Editor: Brief commentaries or responses to recent articles or new challenges in intelligent retrieval research.
- Manuscript Preparation
Manuscripts must be prepared in English and adhere to the following structure:
Title Page
- Title: A concise, clear, and descriptive title.
- Authors: Full names, affiliations, and email addresses of all authors.
- Corresponding Author: Full contact details for the corresponding author.
- Keywords: 4-6 relevant keywords that best describe the research.
Abstract
- The abstract should summarize the key elements of the research, including the objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
- It should be between 150-250 words.
- Avoid the use of references, figures, or tables in the abstract.
Main Text
The body of the manuscript should be organized into the following sections:
- Introduction: Provide context for the research, state the problem, review existing literature, and outline the objectives and contributions of the paper.
- Related Work: Discuss relevant studies and current advancements in intelligent retrieval systems and related technologies.
- Methodology: Describe the approaches, techniques, datasets, and algorithms used in the study. Ensure enough detail is provided for reproducibility.
- Results: Present your findings clearly with the use of tables, charts, or graphs. Include relevant statistical analysis.
- Discussion: Analyze and interpret the results, compare them with existing studies, and discuss implications for retrieval systems.
- Conclusion: Summarize the main findings, their potential impact, and suggest directions for future research.
Figures and Tables
- Figures and tables must be numbered consecutively (e.g., Figure 1, Table 1).
- Each figure and table must have a clear, descriptive title and caption.
- Figures should be high resolution (at least 300 dpi) and submitted in standard formats (.jpg, .png, .tiff).
- Tables should be self-contained and include units of measurement.
References
- References should be formatted according to the journal’s style (e.g., IEEE, APA, or Chicago style).
- Ensure all references are up-to-date and correctly cited both in the text and in the reference list.
- Ensure that the reference list includes journal articles, conference papers, books, and other reliable sources.
- Submission Process
Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the journal’s online submission system. Authors will need to create an account to submit their manuscripts. During submission, authors will be asked to provide the following:
- Conflict of Interest Disclosure: A statement regarding any potential conflicts of interest.
- Ethical Considerations: If the research involves human subjects or animal studies, authors must provide a statement regarding ethical approval.
- Data Availability: Authors should indicate whether the data supporting the findings of their study is publicly available or if it can be accessed upon request.
- Ethical Guidelines
- Plagiarism: Manuscripts must be original and free from plagiarism. The journal uses plagiarism detection tools to check the originality of all submissions.
- Data Integrity: Authors must ensure that all data presented in the manuscript is accurate, reliable, and reproducible. Any form of data falsification will result in immediate rejection.
- Human and Animal Rights: Studies involving human participants or animals must adhere to ethical guidelines and authors must provide ethical approval statements and informed consent when applicable.
- Conflict of Interest: Authors are required to disclose any financial or personal relationships that could influence the results or interpretation of the manuscript.
- Copyright and Licensing
Upon acceptance, authors will be required to transfer the copyright of their article to the publisher. Intelligent Retrieval follows an Open Access policy, meaning all articles are freely available to readers worldwide immediately upon publication. Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike (CC BY-NC-SA) license, which permits others to remix, adapt, and build upon the work as long as proper credit is given, and the use is non-commercial.
